Education is the first step toward meaningful change. It is a powerful tool for creating a positive impact.
We are putting this belief into practice through our Climate Responsive course at Exparch, Innsbruck University. This course is both timely and much needed, and our students have shown remarkable passion and commitment throughout.

It was a pleasure to review the students' projects. Addressing natural disasters such as flooding through the design process is an essential aspect of contemporary architectural practice. Each project demonstrated its own unique character and responded to the challenges of flooding in different cities around the world, reflecting local conditions, context-specific solutions, and diverse design approaches. Congratulations to all the students on their thoughtful work, and to the instructor for guiding such an engaging and relevant studio.
