Comment “BODY” and find out your mobility score 👇 You sit all day, and your body quietly stops moving like it was designed to.You don’t notice until the day you can’t get off the floor without pushing up with your hands. This stiffness is what years of sitting does to your body. Here are the 3 tests that show you where you actually stand: 🔴 Deep squat: shows whether your ankles and hips still have the range to sit at the bottom 🔴 Forward fold: shows how much your hamstrings and lower back have locked up 🔴 Dead hang: shows the grip and shoulder strength that quietly fades with age Save this and test yourself today. And if you want to find out exactly where your body needs the most work 👇 Comment “BODY” below and i’ll send you the link.
Lagi rame tren "Stop The Wedding" cuma karena beda prinsip atau masalah sepele. Tapi pasangan ini? Justru kebalikannya. _ Bulan depan mereka udah 7 tahun bareng loh. Bagaimana menurutmu lurr?🥹

My new favorite contact 🤍 @tabdotbot is a personal assistant you can text right in iMessages, for everything from ordering lunch to booking appointments and keeping track of your schedule. Because having a full day doesn’t mean you have to do everything yourself. Sometimes you just need to send a text ✨ #TabPartner #personalassistent #lifehack
