Today marks 18 months since BioMania Zagreb first opened its doors.

What we had hoped for most has become a reality: we have proven our concept. BioMania has shown that it is not just a tourist or seasonal business, but a successful restaurant that thrives all year round.

The number of guests—especially those from Croatia—has exceeded all our expectations. Even more encouraging have been your feedback and reviews.

Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we pay close attention to every comment. Every opinion matters, especially those of our returning guests, because it helps us understand, in real time, where and how we can improve. So, if we sometimes seem a little persistent (our apologies!), it's only because your experience and your opinion truly matter to us.

The next most valuable source of insight comes from review platforms. They provide us with the broadest and most representative picture of how guests from Croatia and around the world experience BioMania. We particularly value TripAdvisor, Google and HappyCow, which also play an important role in helping new guests discover us.

There are also inclusions and reviews in respected restaurant guides such as Michelin and Gault&Millau. Their evaluations carry particular weight because they are conducted by trained and certified professionals.

Finally, there are reviews published by various media outlets and their food sections. While these can sometimes have a noticeable impact, their relevance often depends on factors that are not always transparent, and the expertise and intentions of individual reviewers can vary considerably. Fortunately, whether positive or negative, their influence is usually short-lived.
