Running the New York City Marathon was something I had dreamed about, but actually getting to experience it is something so special and rewarding. This journey has been about so much more than running. It has been about setting a goal, committing to it, putting in the work, and having the faith to see it through. Early mornings, long runs, countless hours of training, and a lot of miles all led to 26.2 miles through the streets of New York, surrounded by thousands of people in the largest marathon in the world.
