Beyond The Issues

There is dignity in honest work. The conversation, however, is not about disrespecting these professions. It is about understanding that leadership requires wisdom in communication. Knowing what to say, how to say it, and when to say it is just as important as the message itself; especially in a politically charged environment like Nigeria.

Women's empowerment should inspire bigger possibilities while respecting every honest means of livelihood. We can celebrate hard work and still expect our leaders to communicate with greater sensitivity and vision.
