Alaina

This previous week we went on a mission trip in Belle West virginia. I was separated from my youth group and was able to work with people throughout the Country. This got me out of my comfort zone so that I could do something I wouldn’t be able to do otherwise. We served the less fortunate by shining the light of Christ by doing devotional together, building a porch, painting, and building stairs. This was so rewarding not just because we got the job done but knowing we were doing everything to serve the Lord. Our verse throughout the week was “The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.”
‭‭John‬ ‭1‬:‭5‬
