📸Getty Images

Must be Scorpio season 🤪😅 (PS I’m also pro meditation - you probably need both 😉) If you really want to know how to heal your hormones or your period problems… If you really want to THRIVE… Sometimes, the most healing thing you can do is to say FCK OFF. 😬 Sometimes, it’s to scream or say “no”. Sometimes, it’s to dance. Sometimes, it’s to END THE RELATIONSHIP. Sometimes, it’s to gather with women and howl beneath the moon. 🐺 In a world which tells us we need more discipline, more structure, and an ever-growing list of things that your nervous system needs to “regulate”...let’s dare to be different. In a world which tells women and girls to be good and nice and kind (and to swallow their anger and their needs)…let’s sharpen our claws and bare our fucking teeth. 🐺 Our health, our hormones AND our nervous systems don’t always need more pushing, striving and hustling. They want boundaries, safety, rest, connection, pleasure and joy. But, most of all, they want EXPRESSION. ❤️ Gabor Mate often talks about how swallowed anger is connected to dis-ease. Over time, swallowing anger can lead to chronic stress, inflammation, hormonal issues and more. 💔 It’s especially linked to autoimmune conditions (no coincidence that the vast majority of those living with one are women), as well as many other conditions. And so, it’s important that women are supported in uncaging their fucking rage. 🔥🔥 If you’re ready to untangle the good girl conditioning, stop apologising for your anger, and reclaim your fucking power... I’d LOVE for you join me for Sacred Rage, a powerful online workshop where we’ll be delving deep into feminine rage - and showing your body HOW you can finally start feeling safe expressing it. Want to join us? Comment RAGE for details. 🔥🔥 #womenshealthmatters #womenshealth #womenempowerment #womensupportingwomen hormonehealth hormonebalance hormones pms periodproblems pmsproblems hormonehealin
