When it comes to showing off, the Western capercaillie has absolutely no competition. 😂🐦
During courtship, this impressive grouse fans out its tail, puffs up its feathers and displays its striking chest to attract a mate. The bigger the performance, the better the show!

United World Wrestling and the Kazakhstan Wrestling Federation teamed up on a first-ever pilot: bringing content creators inside Barys Arena to show the World Championships through their eyes.

Warm-up rooms, walkouts, the noise of the crowd and the moments between matches. A side of wrestling most fans never get to see.

If you want to build a stronger conventional deadlift, watch this from start to finish.

This is the exact technical system used by the best deadlifters in the world.

The principles I use with the strongest in the world are the same principles I use with beginners, everyday lifters, myself and even my own daughters. These deadlift cues don’t change whether you’re a beginner, advanced or the best in the world. The fundamentals are universal.

This is the most complete deadlift tutorial I’ve ever made so every step of the lift is broken down so you understand not just what to do, but why you’re doing it.

FOLLOW THESE PRINCIPLES AND YOU WILL HAVE A STRONGER DEADLIFT! 👊
