In Judaism, NOTHING is random ✡️

Ever wondered why we dip the challah in salt three times before eating it on Shabbat?

🍞 Lechem (לחם) = Bread = 78 in gematria.

🧂 Rearrange the same letters and you get Melach (מלח) = Salt = 78 in gematria.

Now here’s where it gets incredible...

We dip the bread in the salt 3 times.

78 ÷ 3 = 26.

26 is the numerical value of God’s four-letter Name (י-ה-ו-ה).

Coincidence? I don’t think so.

The more I study Judaism, the more I realize that every ritual, every blessing, every Hebrew letter carries layers of wisdom waiting to be discovered.

Everything is an invitation to connect deeper with GOD.

Shabbat Shalom Family ❤️

This is so beautiful. ❤️ It reminded me of an old Romanian tradition: when someone entered your home, they were welcomed with bread and salt. Bread symbolized abundance and provision, while salt represented friendship, respect, and blessing. I never realized how beautifully these traditions resonate with one another.
