Project Genesis was created with one mission in mind: to help boys and young men transform adversity into purpose, leadership, and legacy.

Far too often, individuals impacted by trauma, foster care, incarceration, neurodivergence, and systemic barriers are expected to conform to systems that were never designed with them in mind. We believe it’s time to begin building communities that adapt to people, rather than expecting people to abandon who they are just to belong.

Integrating into society is not a privilege. It is a human right.

Through mentorship, entrepreneurship, leadership development, life skills, community resources, and healing-centered programming, Project Genesis exists to create pathways toward independence while preserving identity, dignity, and purpose.

We’re also grateful to be collaborating with Michelle Alicea and Prisoner’s Pardon Advocacy. Her commitment to helping formerly incarcerated individuals heal spiritually, emotionally, and legally aligns closely with the vision we’re building. Together, we’re working toward communities where restoration is more than a possibility. It’s an expectation.
