No we have not collected them all - yet! Got a good variety so far though 😝 @mcdonaldscanada is really winning for the cutest little collectibles - from BT21 to now Pokemon - there’s something for everyone! Are you collecting these little pokemon characters, the cards, or both? We got these toys and cards from the McDonald’s in Lougheed Walmart and the one by IKEA in Coquitlam. Feel free to share what you got and where, so we can help each other in catching them all! 🫢🏼 #pokemon #mcdonaldscanada #happymeal #pokemoncard happymealtoy
Our immune systems have a parasite πŸͺ± alarm that can get stuck on, according to a new study. A 2026 Nature study from Oxford mapped the whole route and it’s fascinating (PMID: 41813898). A parasite releases a danger signal called IL-33 β€” your body’s way of yelling β€œwe’ve been invaded.” That signal tells your bone marrow’s construction foreman, GATA-2, to stop building red blood cells and platelets and start mass-producing immune cells like basophils, eosinophils, and mast cells β€” your immune’s rapid-response crew that dumps histamine. Over-activate that same pathway and you get inflammation and mast-cell disorders. What this can look like in real life: gut issues, histamine intolerance, brain fog, fatigue, random inflammatory flares that seem to come from nowhere.    Here’s what I’ve seen work the best:    1. Herbal antimicrobials and antiparasitics. Deal with the pathogens.    2. Calm histamines. I love Quercetin with stinging nettle and DAO histamine enzymes . They act as natural antihistamines that also stabilizes mast cells so they don’t fire in the first place.    3. Increase electrolytes. One-to-one sodium to potassium with high quality magnesium. Parasite-driven inflammation and histamine both drain fluid and minerals fast, and low sodium especially tanks your energy, focus, and blood pressure regulation. They also make it less hospitable for them to live.    4. Create nervous system safety. Breathwork, vagal nerve stimulation, journaling, EMDR. A stressed nervous system keeps the alarm louder and harder to switch off β€” calm the system and the whole cascade quiets down.    πŸ™πŸ½πŸ™πŸ½ Comment β€œCALM” below and I’ll send you my favorite links for each of these. #ArtofBeingWell
This is what peak 2008 internet looked like In 2008, two dancers known as the β€œRussian Brothers” went viral with a synchronized Tecktonik routine set to The Toxic Avenger’s β€œBad Girls Need Love Too.” Their lightning-fast arm movements and flawless timing turned a simple webcam recording into one of early YouTube’s most memorable dance videos. At the time, Tecktonik was spreading across Europe through clubs, online forums, and viral videos, becoming one of the internet’s earliest global dance crazes. 18 years later, the clip is making the rounds again, bringing an entire generation straight back to the late-2000s electro era. via @s.konstantin30
