Jayson Tatum and Paul George are making some serious noise in Boston! 🍀🔥 Tatum is averaging 31.4 points over his last five games, while PG is putting up 20.7 points per game through his first six appearances as a Celtic. Boston’s star duo is looking dangerous. 👀 How far can this Celtics team go?

Our 4th Halloween living here after moving from the USA 🎃I already know not to expect American style trick or treating because Halloween just isn’t celebrated here the same way it is back home. But every year, it seems to get a little more popular with the locals. I was actually giving out candy tonight, and the Spanish moms looked genuinely surprised 😂 we didn’t come home with much candy but we did find a place giving the kids waffles on a stick 🤌🏼🧇
I didn’t lose a single pound for 6 months… Some weeks I’d lose 0.5lb… only to gain 2lbs the next week. And this was while: I was eating 120+ g of protein every single day. I was regularly going to gym 4-5 times a week. And consistently walking 10k+ steps every single day. So I thought… it must be sugar. That and carbs are bad for weight loss. Right? Or maybe it was my sleep. Most nights, I could not sleep enough. And the little sleep I was getting was disrupted due to being stressed. Or maybe it was my hormones. I was hearing lots of women struggle with thyroid and PCOS. But when I looked into it more, as long as you were in a deficit, eating carbs was ok. Bad sleep would make it harder to lose weight but not impossible like what I was feeling. And all my medical tests came back normal. I was healthy. And I was actually doing everything I was supposed to be doing. Turns out I was doing almost everything right. Just missing one thing. And once I figured it out, the last 20 lbs finally started coming off. Comment “WIN” and I’ll send you exactly what I did to finally lose my stubborn 20 lbs of fat in 3 months without giving up my favourite treats 🤝✨
The result speaks for itself. But so does a 4:53 pace over the final .41 miles. 😮‍💨 Congrats on your historic run and an incredible sprint to the finish, @jesstonn. What. A. Race! #GarminSponsoredAthlete 📸 @longrunlactic
