Очень очень красивая!

Avocados are one of the most popular fruits in the world, known for their creamy texture, mild flavor, and impressive nutritional benefits. Originally native to Mexico and Central America, avocados have been cultivated for thousands of years and are now enjoyed in everything from guacamole and salads to sandwiches and smoothies. Unlike most fruits, which contain mainly carbohydrates, avocados are rich in healthy monounsaturated fats that can support heart health.

They’re also packed with nutrients like potassium, fiber, vitamin K, vitamin E, and folate. Interestingly, avocados are technically classified as berries because they develop from a single flower and contain one large seed. Their popularity has grown tremendously over the years, especially among people interested in healthy eating. The only frustrating part is that an avocado can go from rock-hard to perfectly ripe to completely brown in what feels like five minutes. 🥑😭

Big road trip video going live on HG later, as you join me in the Jaguar Project 7 on a drive through Italy and then on to Greece. We kick off close to Florence, drop by Ferruccio Lamborghini’s farm for lunch and then on to Gran Sasso where 22 years ago to the day I did a story in @officialevomagazine on taking two Zondas to this little known area of Italy.
From there we continue to head south and after a few days touring Puglia, take a ferry to Greece and then on to Athens.
In total, it was 1,100 amazing miles and hugely enjoyable. I’ve included more details on where we stayed along the way and how I go about planning road trips like this one, as I often get asked about this in the comments.
The slight downside is the video has ended up being 52mins long but I’m keen to see if adding more what could be termed ‘lifestyle’ content is what viewers want to see.
Video is set to go live at 5pm tonight..

Halloweekend outfit rotation 🔥👑🎪🦁🤸‍♀️💙🧟‍♀️🏈
