1st SS Mtb race in the books and took 1st! @cbccrace is a legit course with chunky terrain and beautiful flowy trails. But what a grind. I have a wildly different appreciation for SS riders. WOOF! Tears of a proud and positive 50k crossing the line. Those weren’t rain drops! 😁 Thank you @dawntoduskmtb for all of the coaching, my mornin go go juice, pre made bottles and tips for a succeSSful finish. @kelreiland thank you for coming with us and cheering me on. Also, to my teammate @darlene.garber who placed 1st in her 100k cat. You’re a true inspiration! CO took on ME.
