The phrase “Made in Italy” has become a symbol of luxury, craftsmanship, and premium design, particularly in industries such as fashion and leather goods.

Many consumers assume the label means every stage of production took place in Italy. In reality, depending on the product and applicable regulations, some items may legally carry the label even when certain components or manufacturing stages occurred elsewhere, provided they meet the relevant origin requirements.

The bigger lesson is simple. A brand or label can influence perception, but lasting value comes from the quality, craftsmanship, and integrity behind the product.

Fake, the ECJ literally said in a case that you can’t just stitch a zipper on a product and say it’s made in the EU. I think that’s a case called Yoshida in 1979, so this guy is clueless.
