One year ago, we promised each other forever.

This video captures one of the happiest days of our lives, but what I love even more is everything that’s happened since. We’ve continued to grow side by side, collecting memories, laughter, inside jokes, and learning that marriage isn’t just one beautiful day - it’s choosing each other every single day after.

One of my favorite promises we’ve made to each other is to always choose adventures over things. The trips we’ll take, the stories we’ll collect, the quiet moments at home, and all the memories still waiting for us are worth more than anything we could ever buy.

Looking back on this day still feels like such a beautiful full-circle moment, but somehow I’m even more excited for what’s ahead than what we’ve already lived.
