CANK Berlin
48 Stunden Neukölln
Through installation, moving image, sound, performance, and interactive work, we explore the theme OUT/SIDE/IN as a condition of contemporary life. We question borders as fixed divisions and propose them instead as liminal spaces where distinctions between human and machine, body and system, and private and public remain fluid and continuously negotiated.
Our works attend moments of transition, ambiguity, and transformation, where identities and forms of belonging remain unresolved. As Groundless, we invite visitors to critically reflect on how meaning, knowledge, and orientation are produced. We propose the “in|between” not as a passage between fixed states, but as a space in itself where relations and possibilities emerge.
Featuring works by Vinzenz Aubry, Stratos Bichakis, Gina Bolle, Sophia Chefalo, Özcan Ertek, Jung Hsu, Ivana Papić, Robert Schnüll and Tristan Wheeler, in|between unfolds as a shared spatial situation, always temporary, always in transition. poster by @_ereinhardt #interactiveart #newmedia #newmediaart #artandmedia #mediaart installation sculpture kineticsculpture videoart
