I ran into this dude on my Brixton stream who was shocked to find out that the stuff I do is genuinely with strangers 😂 He gave me a quick Grime crash course and then absolutely destroyed the beat I made for him @2fiyso I definitely am starting to feel a little more comfortable with these styles - what do y’all think? 🫵

Back to Moscow.. back to life .. Trying to live without my dear mom… I thought it’s simply impossible.. but 40 days already.. unbelievable 🥺.. I am slowly getting stronger. Step by step. Through tears to my smile. My family, friends and my beautiful city are helping me. As well as all your kind, supportive, meaningful and touching DM messages… thank you so much! 🥹🙏 Hoping for better November. Have a very nice Sunday my dear friends ☺️ From Russia with love ♥️

Always wanted to get @rajdeep_sardesai sir to sing a Kishore Kumar song. Finally managed to pull it off! 😂🎤

Class is in session for A History of Design. Lesson two: the Georgians 🏛️

Strap yourselves into your corsets, because we’re heading back to 1714–1830 to explore the era of symmetry, proportion, sash windows and fireplaces that refuse to be overlooked.
From grand Georgian architecture and floor-to-ceiling panelling to the early influence of Thomas Chippendale, dado rails (which, FYI, had rather practical origins) and those deliciously moody historic paint colours. All of which goes some way to explaining why Georgian interiors feel so effortlessly right.

And yes, this is a LONG one. We’re going long-form, baby. Ever heard of it?! 😜 I jest, but I do worry about what all these short and snappy reels are doing to our attention spans, so here’s a healthy 2 minutes and 30 seconds of interior design nerdiness. You’re welcome.

Give me a 🏛️ in the comments if you made it to the end, and thank you again, for indulging me in a little history lesson.

Next lesson: arches. Class dismissed.

Women’s sexual pleasure is not a luxury, it’s part of healthcare but Women’s sexual health is too often left out of routine care. This has been bothering me because this is not the case for Men’s Health.

It is not shameful or haram to discuss it. Do not allow educational sex conversations be censored

You should not have to bring it up alone in a consultation.
To my colleagues, please Ask. Validate. Offer solutions

Better conversations. Better research. Better care

Sexual health belongs in routine healthcare
