We’ve had so many DM’s this week asking HOW Sam did this, so here’s exactly how!

(And yes, that’s real breast milk!! 🥹❤️)

When we found out I was pregnant with our twins, Sam decided she wanted to try something called induced lactation, which is basically the process of getting your body to produce breast milk without ever being pregnant!

Here’s how she did it:

▫️ She followed something called the Newman-Goldfarb protocol, which is a method used to induce lactation in non-gestational parents.

▫️ She took prescribed medications, including domperidone, to help stimulate milk production.

▫️ She pumped EVERY 2–3 hours, including overnight! She never went longer than 4 hours without pumping. The dedication was wild!! 🥹

▫️ Over time, her body started producing breast milk, starting with tiny drops and increasing!

▫️ By the time our twins were born, she was already making milk and was able to breastfeed them right away (we already had a deep freeze full too!)

And that’s how our boys ended up being breastfed by the mom who DIDN’T give birth to them! 🥹

One of the coolest parts of our two-mom journey was getting to experience motherhood in such different ways. I carried and gave birth to our twins, and Sam got to experience breastfeeding them!

Induced lactation isn’t guaranteed to work for everyone, and milk supply can vary, but it’s pretty incredible that this is even possible!

We share this because SO many people have no idea that non-birthing moms, lesbian parents and adoptive parents can sometimes breastfeed too! 🤍

I’m so proud of her for doing this!!!

🟢 Do 30 - 60 seconds of each move.

🟢 I've been doing this well over a year now, and honestly I've never known any movement that energises me quite like this. It has become one of the most incredible movement routines I've discovered.

🟢 The benefits are GREAT!

🟢 It just works and seems to be 'the motivating push' we all need.

🟢 So if exercise is THE LAST thing you feel like doing (especially in winter) then try this simple routine.

🟢 Movement is a non-negotiable mind and body fix. Can you really afford NOT to do it?

HERE ARE THE 6 MOVES: All done with control!!!

1. Light jogs with floppy arms
2. Full body swing
3. Arm swings
4. Trunk twists
5. Knee slaps
6. Golf swings

Burna Boy made history on October 29 as the first African artist to perform at Apple Music Hall, Apple’s new 600-capacity live music venue inside London’s iconic Battersea Power Station.

The intimate venue, which opened just weeks earlier, is designed to bring artists and audiences closer together, featuring advanced Spatial Audio technology. One of the night’s standout moments came during his performance of “4 Kampé II,” his collaboration with Haitian artist Joé Dwèt Filé. A large Haitian flag was displayed behind Burna Boy as he performed the track, with dancers and his full band bringing the song to life. The visual tribute and performance offered a moment of recognition for Haitian fans, who have embraced the collaboration.

The London performance came just four days after Burna Boy brought “4 Kampé II” to the international stage at the NFL Paris Game halftime show on October 25 at Stade de France. On that occasion, he invited Joé Dwèt Filé to join him, giving the two artists an opportunity to perform their collaboration together.

With “4 Kampé II” continuing to feature in Burna Boy’s live performances across international stages, the collaboration has become a notable part of his setlist. Rooted in Haitian konpa, the song represents a musical connection between two artists and continues to introduce Haitian sounds to audiences around the world.
