Day 3 Venus Flytrap update… I might be doing this wrong 👀
I removed ALL dead and black leaves
Some people say I shouldn’t do this… but I did it anyway
The fly is STILL being digested 🪰
I switched to distilled water after someone told me tap water kills them… true or not?
Right now: 17 heads
And 3 new sprouts growing 🌱
But here’s my question…
Did I just stress the plant by cleaning it?
Should I repot it now or am I ruining it?

You don’t have to clean the dead leaves out, but if it looks bad it’s okay to do so.
