I’m a little rusty! But flexibility comes back quite quickly if practiced daily. I now do grandma in the park movements every morning for the fascia and lymphatic system and then mobility drills. I’ll post them for my fans you know where in a different ‘outfit’ for my Self-Care November theme. I’m looking forward to see how I feel in my body after several months cause I know they’re the kind of practices that keep on giving the more you do them. It’s not easy for me to motivate myself everyday so I schedule days off and I waited to find a routine that just felt really good both during and after and that doesn’t feel too long or too draining. On hard days I just skip completely or reduce everything by half so then it’s super quick and easy. What’s your go to kind of workout?
Nama KA batal diubah di GAPEKA 2026 setelah ribuan komentar netizen. Kenapa nama kereta api penting buat penumpang? Awal November 2026, KAI mengunggah rencana penyesuaian nama kereta. The Lunch Story.. @utkarsha_naik took me for some Diwali shopping at Dadar (the obvious destination for all Mumbaikars! 😂), and then insisted we stop at a restaurant called “Fish Curry Rice”. Now, imagine taking a pure vegetarian to a place with THAT name! 😂 I was a little sceptical, but turns out, she knew exactly what she was doing! While Utkarsha ma’am enjoyed her favourite fish, @mallika453 (also a pure vegetarian) and I had an absolutely delicious vegetarian feast. Who knew Fish Curry Rice would win over two vegetarians too! ❤️ Good food, great company and a lovely afternoon! ✨ @fishcurryrice.mumbai ♥️👏🏻
When does patina become damage… 2 snowflakes, my black dial 9411 and this rather intriguing blue dial ‘flakey flake’ When I met up with Stef @saltvintagewatches last week he had a watch roll full of amazing pieces, but this jumped out at me. Missing its bezel and half its dial colour, strapped on a bleached phoenix nato, it looks every bit the hardened tool watch that’s spent a life in action. This watch came to him in pieces, and he was determined to get it back together and working. Despite the temptation to restore it fully, its current condition is so damn cool. Think apocalypse now meets Lenny McLean 😁 Happy #subsaturday ————————————————————
Creamy Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo 🍝 Making creamy chicken fettuccine Alfredo is super easy! Rich, cheesy, and packed with flavour, this is the perfect comfort meal. Ingredients * Fettuccine pasta * 1 chicken breast * 1 tbsp paprika * Salt, to taste * ½ tbsp black pepper * 1 tbsp garlic powder * A little oil, for frying * 2 tbsp butter * 5–6 cloves garlic, minced * 1 cup fresh cream * Dried parsley * Lots of Parmesan cheese Method 1. Boil your fettuccine until it’s 60–70% cooked. Reserve some pasta water before draining. 2. Season the chicken breast with paprika, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. 3. Heat a little oil in a pan and pan-fry the chicken until fully cooked and golden. Remove and slice. 4. In the same pan, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant. 5. Pour in the fresh cream and season with salt, black pepper, and dried parsley. 6. Add the pasta and cook until it’s perfectly al dente. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce. 7. Throw in lots of freshly grated Parmesan and mix until the sauce is creamy and coats the pasta beautifully. 8. Top with sliced chicken, more Parmesan, and dried parsley. And your creamy chicken fettuccine Alfredo is ready to enjoy! ❤️ #FettuccineAlfredo #ChickenPasta #CreamyPasta #PastaLovers #FoodReels
