🥷 GLADIATOR MODE: ACTIVATED. 🔥 Three variations to challenge your strength, mobility, stability, and coordination. 💪 ⚔️ Gladiator Snatch → Windmill — Build shoulder stability, core strength, and rotational control. ⚔️ Gladiator Snatch → Windmill → OH Squat — Add overhead mobility, stability, and lower-body strength to the mix. ⚔️ Gladiator Snatch → Squat Snatch — Combine explosive power, coordination, and full-body control in one demanding flow. This is more than just moving a kettlebell. It’s about owning every position, controlling the transitions, and making strength work in every direction. 🔥 I’m using @pro_kettlebell 12kgs 🤩
Anna Lambe once called herself “deeply unfunny”. Netflix’s North of North put that claim to the test, casting the Inuk actor as Siaja, a young mother starting again in Nunavut. The series films in her hometown of Iqaluit, with Inuit designers shaping Siaja’s wardrobe. Before the show, Lambe worried about coming across as annoying or disruptive. Two seasons as Siaja — including howling like a dog in her underwear — have made her more relaxed about how people see her. “I definitely feel much more willing to be silly in my personal life,” she says. Sometimes, all we need is a quiet moment to ourselves and a chance to enjoy life at a slower pace 🫶🏻. #fyp #reelsinstagram #trendingreels #foryou #handsome
