Jonathan Leckie

Painted over 25 years ago another chapter in my life . Reviewing my past work this one is called 'skimpy night ' in honour of women in outback Australian bars who served customers in underwear and often less . She looks vulnerable and lost maybe intentionally. But a good painting whether anyone likes it or don't care . It's a part of my lived experience and a social documentary.
