Business Systems & Ops for Small Biz

On a client call I am calm, measured,
articulate. I use words like “circle back”
and “let’s align on next steps.” Ninety
seconds after I hang up I am yelling a
countdown down the hallway in a voice I
do not recognize. My business runs on
calendars, time blocks, and color-coded
systems. My house in the summer runs on
sticky notes with handwriting even I can’t
read an hour later. I love the free flow
of it. I also kind of don’t. Both versions
of me are real. Only one of them has a
LinkedIn profile.
