Lil life update of the last 8 months of this crazy life. Solo trip to Lombok on some time off from work. Dreamiest of waves. Wee back story - work got cancelled the day before fly out and looked online for flights to indo and bam. Packed only a back pack and off on my way. Such a spontaneous trip. I’ve never really travelled a lot on my own but gosh it was the most insane week. Stayed in a hostel, surfed everyday. Got Bali belly, almost shit myself on the boat out to the reef 😂 Classic. Then made some incredible friends. That trip really made me realise how lucky I am in this life.

Mac got a new tent so decided to break it in and went for a hike up the north branch of the Routeburn for a scope for a potential winter ski mish

ANZAC weekend at Forest lodge in Arthur’s pass. 30 odd crew from Otago and Chch gathered for a loose weekend of bikes and beers! Man that place lights up my soul!

Last minute trip for a wander up to French Ridge hut. I called Annie at about 9am asking if she wanted to come along! Of course she said yes!

Climbing trip in Milford! Got a text from Mik asking if I wanted to come on a climbing trip with her buddies. Tagged along and had such a mint wee weekend. Also my first time ever to Milford which is slightly embarrassing to admit
