I took my chain off, rode down hills, pushed like a scooter on flats and walked up hills.

Your derailleur isn't capable for the big cassette. So when you change in first gear with the chain on the big ring it will fail this way. It was perfect to see in your last video where this happened. Get a longer derailleur cage or a smaller cassette.
