I’ve bought in for a 6th time and they won’t finish my project! They’ve been ignoring my emails since last week. They gave me 4k credits when the system said I need 4k to finish. It still didn’t work and they won’t answer my emails! Don’t do it!

Be carful! They system will keep messing up and it’ll keep charging you. They shut my program today I’ve emailed them 20 times no response. I had a deadline today to finish a trailer and they shut my account down AFTER I paid for more credits and haven’t hit me back all day. This is really a scam for the most part. It’s no way to get in contact with them but email and they don’t respond.

Garbage service , does not work as intended the agent just uses up credits and does not give desired outcomes, it's a gimmick , the agentic workflow sucks .. and this video is an example of why you shouldn't trust companies like this with your workflow data .. there should be a sign that says " RESUTLS MAY VARY" and I MEAN VARY ! lol coz this video was def not made by the app in question.
