Since day one, Jade has been an incredible member of STYX, growing alongside the company while helping shape the culture we've worked so hard to build. As our Rehearsal Director, she has played an essential role in bringing our vision to life, ensuring every detail is cared for and every artist feels challenged, supported, and seen.

Her leadership extends far beyond counting choreography or cleaning formations. She leads with patience, consistency, and genuine care for every person in the room, making her an irreplaceable part of our team.
