4 months agoLists. Everything in my life is lists. I add every little thing to my lists because sometimes it just feels good to tick things off. "To Do List. 1. Write a to do list ✔️" I have a routine every day of the week. I know what I'm doing and when. I have a set morning routine. It'll all become second nature quickly ❤️
4 months agoLists are my life! I sit down every night and write down everything I need to do the next day. I start with timed things “8am take client to the beach” and then I add extras down the bottom and fit them in between the timed events. I also find that scheduling posts helps free up a lot of my time. You are so brave and you’re doing amazing! You are capable and building habits aren’t easy, but once you have those habits in place it will be easier 🩷
4 months agoI usually write down what I need to do and like another person said, do it all in 1-2 hours. Every “chore” I do I cross it off and that’s pretty satisfying too x
4 months agoYou're doing a great job. Every time you tick something off the list you have reached a goal. Keep it up 🙌
4 months agoI do all of my tasks in one big 1-2 hour chunk and take the rest of the day off, it helps to have that "its only an hour" mentality instead of "its 10 things to do" You got this!
4 months agoIt’s hard girlie… but you CAN do hard things. I totally understand I feel so overwhelmed atm. Here’s some things that help me: -Writing lists, helps me get stuff done (I also write “write list” so I can tick it off makes you feel good from the start) -repeating to myself I can do hard things, when my brain says no I say I can. -having routines that you can stick to. I go to the gym 2-3 days a week and I make sure I always get my 2 sessions, everything else is a bonus. If all the changes feel too hard maybe try do one at a time or make them all slightly easier (I have an alarm set specifically so I remember one of my medications) You are doing amazingly, I’m so proud of you 💕🫶🏼✨
4 months agoYou've got this. 💛 Sometimes when everything feels overwhelming, it helps to stop trying to do it all perfectly. Focus on the basics first, take your medication, move your body in whatever way you can, and remember that content can wait if it needs to. A few things that might help: -Break everything down into really small, manageable tasks instead of looking at the whole week. -Pick your top 2–3 priorities for the day and let the rest wait. - Habit stack where you can, for example, take your medication with your morning coffee or breakfast so it becomes part of your routine. - if a full workout feels like too much, aim for 10 minutes instead. More often than not, once you start you'll feel like doing more, and if not, you've still shown up. • Batch-create content on days you're feeling more motivated so you have posts ready for the tougher days. Progress isn't about having perfect days; it's about continuing to show up, even if today's version looks different from yesterday's. Be kind to yourself, celebrate the small wins, and remember that consistency is built one step at a time. We're all cheering you on. 🫶
4 months agoIt doesn’t need to be complicated girl. 🤍 At first it’ll feel overwhelming and a lot but the more you do it the more it becomes your normal routine. I’m someone whose brain will shut off when things feel too much. Take what you will or don’t but these things help me, Organising for my day the night before, Clothes, supplements, gym towel etc all out ready to wake up, shower & get ready for the day. Brekky made night before and put in the fridge ready for the morning. Coffee made ready to add milk to (I drink iced lattes). Sundays I plan everything out, so then I’m always a step ahead. Meal plan, meal prep etc. that has allowed me to slowly fall into a habit xx it’s very hard as a ND girl but I’m so proud of you 🙌❤️
