Swarmdec is honored to receive the Outstanding Farmer of the Year Award at the CYES Youth Summit & Awards 2026, represented by our Lead, Njonguo Sindy Nguegim.
On July 9, 2026, at the Chariot Hotel, SwarmDec, represented by our lead participated in the Cameroon Youth Entrepreneurship Summit and Awards 2026.
The day began with SwarmDec serving as a panelist on Agribusiness and Food Security. During the session, we shared our corporate perspective on strategies to attract and retain more women in the agribusiness sector. We remain committed to building inclusive agricultural value chains that create sustainable economic opportunities for women and youth.
Later that evening, our work was recognized. SwarmDec was presented with the Outstanding Farmer of the Year Award.
We are particularly pleased that our work in sustainable beekeeping is being recognized. Through technology-driven hive management, structured farmer training, and expanded market access, SwarmDec continues to improve productivity while contributing to food security and environmental resilience.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the organizers of the Cameroon Youth Entrepreneurship Summit and Awards 2026, and to all stakeholders supporting agricultural innovation.
