💫 Follow the line ➰ and take flight ✈️

Entering my fave day of #LiformeLineIntoFlow
letting our inner stars align ✨✨✨
trusting our strength 💪🏼
and taking flight 🕊️

Something I often like to teach in my power yoga classes are supine or seated versions of flying poses, like a supine one sided crow, or a seated side crow, so my students can see that the flexibility is not “the problem” not strength after going through many chaturangas & planks. Most of time, it’s fear being on the way. Fear of failing in front of others. Fear of falling. So, sometimes I show myself falling, intentionally, giving tips on how to fall without hurting yourself.

Falling is part of the process.
Even for baby birds.

We don’t have wings.
But we have a hell out of faith & creativity.
And that, my friends, takes us higher!

1 YEAR & 3+ INCHES OF GLUTE GROWTH 🍑 SO PROUD OF YOU @scheana!!

when Scheana and I first started working together, her glutes measured around 36 inches. now, 1 year later, we’re OVER 39 inches!! but this transformation truly was never about gaining a bunch of weight or drastically changing her body, it was about getting stronger, building muscle, and learning to love and embrace her curves!! and watching her confidence grow throughout this journey has been one of my favorite parts.

here’s what we focused on:
- workouts: every workout was designed specifically for her body, goals, and abilities. we prioritized progressive overload, lifting heavier, proper recovery, and challenging herself week after week.
- nutrition: I set up her macros in MFP, but our goal was never to obsess over numbers or make food feel restrictive, we focused on getting enough protein, fueling workouts with carbs, and finding a balance that allowed her to enjoy her life while still seeing results.

but beyond the physical changes, I’m SO proud of how much she’s grown mentally! watching her become more confident, embrace her curves, feel stronger and develop a healthier relationship with food is what makes this journey so special to me.

and if you want to work with me 1:1, sign up with the 🔗 in my bio where we focus on personalized strength training, nutrition, progressive overload, and building sustainable habits that actually fit YOUR life 🩷
