Allah (SWT) says "do not be sad" 9 times in the Qur'an. Look at who He said it to. A mother placing her newborn in a river. (28:7) Maryam, alone in labour beneath a palm tree. (19:24) The Prophet (PBUH) in the cave with Abu Bakr, enemies standing at the entrance. (9:40) The Prophet (PBUH) again, grieving over the people who turned away from him. (16:127) The believers after Uhud, wounded and mourning. (3:139) These are the strongest people in our history, and every one of them felt sad. Not once does the Qur'an blame them for it. Every time, the words come with something from Him. The mother is promised her son back. Water runs at Maryam's feet. Sakinah descends in the cave. Your sadness is not proof that your iman is failing. In the Qur'an, it is the very moment Allah chose to speak. “Mental Health in Islam: Anxiety, Burnout & Emotional Exhaustion.” 📅 Started 22 October 2026 🗓️ Every Thursday & Sunday | 3:00 PM UTC/GMT ⏱️ 10 sessions | 10 hours total 🎥 Live online | All sessions recorded 🎓 CPD Accredited | Certificate of Completion Save this for the day you need it. Google is making it easier to restrict its A.I. tools for students, but there is a catch: Schools that choose to restrict A.I. entirely will also lose access to Google search. The company’s new strategy underscores Google’s powerful role in American education. A.I. features are now a standard part of Google’s commercially available search engine. “Search and A.I. are deeply integrated,” said Chris Phillips, vice president for education at Google. If a school has banned A.I., he added, students “will not have access to search, and they’ll see a message from their school that indicates it’s not available.” Lina Khan, a former chair of the FTC, said in a statement that Google was using its “search monopoly to coerce schools” into adopting its A.I. the last slide is exactly what my car would’ve looked like in 1991–gold, tan interior, and chuki styling. I’ve spent the past couple years slowly piecing together a makeover that would pay homage to it. my insatiable curiosity of 90’s aero paid off and I somehow ended up with a genuine, discontinued east bear lip. I find it super cool that east bear began as a tire shop in 1974 and decided to make original aero parts when the AE86 and R31 gained popularity. I feel very lucky to rep a small piece of them. I may have never spoken about it here, but not a single part on this car is a rep, and that’s important to me not because of bragging rights, but because I deeply respect the artistry and history behind these parts and the individuals involved in creating them ★ you’ll see that I’m still rocking my instant gentleman sideskirts and rear bumper by supermade, and my pro shop b-wave spoiler. I think it all works very well together, and I’m very proud of this car!!! I hope you like it too! you can see me put everything together on youtube :) #240sx
