FOR A TIME SUCH AS THIS.
Over the years, I was less seen, less heard, and rarely talked about.
Even when I stood on the big stage to contest for Mister Nigeria and proudly represented my state, I came back home without the recognition I had hoped for.
But you know what?
That never meant my work wasn’t good enough.
Sometimes, your work can be excellent and still not receive the applause you expected—not because you are not worthy, but because your time has not yet come.
I have always believed in time and seasons.
There is a season when you work in silence, a season when you are prepared in obscurity, and a season when God Himself announces you.
And perhaps, that season is beginning to unfold.
Recently, I made an emergency visit to my hometown. While walking on my street, a random person met me, and after exchanging pleasantries, he looked at me and said:
"I watched one of your videos, and I'm highly impressed. Keep up the good work."
That simple statement meant more to me than he probably realized.
Because sometimes, the confirmation you have been waiting for doesn't come from the people you expected. It comes from a stranger, at the most unexpected moment, just to remind you:
“Keep going. Your work is speaking.”
I may have been unseen, but I was never inactive.
I may have been overlooked, but I was never defeated.
I may not have been celebrated then, but I never stopped becoming.
Giving up has never been an option for me, and it never will be.
I will keep showing up.
I will keep creating.
I will keep growing.
I will keep becoming the man I know I am destined to be.
Because when your time comes, you won't have to beg the world to see you.
God will announce you. And when He does, nobody will be able to silence the sound of your becoming. 👑
