I am never here to body shame people or put down women, so it’s not even about this creator. But this type of content is representative of a bigger shift we’re seeing on social media - the normalization of extreme thinness and body checking. The more extreme bodies and behaviours we see, the more familiar they become, and the more our perception of what looks normal, attainable, or healthy starts to shift.
