This hotel doesn’t exist.

Shantana is a fictional luxury hotel I created as an experiment in generative filmmaking.

I wanted to see how far I could push ultra-realism, consistency, camera language and sound design — not just generate a collection of beautiful shots, but make them feel as though they belong to the same place and the same film.

So I treated it less like an AI demo and more like a piece of filmmaking.

I played with slower pacing, more considered camera angles and movement, changes in light from dawn through to night, and sound that makes the world feel inhabited rather than generated.

The workflow brought together RenderPrompt, @figmaweave @klingai_official , Seedance and CineDream for @adobe_premiere.pro , with @sunomusic and @elevenlabsio across music and sound.

There are still things I’d push further, but that’s the interesting part of working with these tools right now — every project teaches you where the technology is getting better, and where human judgement still has to do the heavy lifting.
