Allah (SWT) says "do not be sad" 9 times in the Qur'an. Look at who He said it to. A mother placing her newborn in a river. (28:7) Maryam, alone in labour beneath a palm tree. (19:24) The Prophet (PBUH) in the cave with Abu Bakr, enemies standing at the entrance. (9:40) The Prophet (PBUH) again, grieving over the people who turned away from him. (16:127) The believers after Uhud, wounded and mourning. (3:139) These are the strongest people in our history, and every one of them felt sad. Not once does the Qur'an blame them for it. Every time, the words come with something from Him. The mother is promised her son back. Water runs at Maryam's feet. Sakinah descends in the cave. Your sadness is not proof that your iman is failing. In the Qur'an, it is the very moment Allah chose to speak. “Mental Health in Islam: Anxiety, Burnout & Emotional Exhaustion.” 📅 Started 22 October 2026 🗓️ Every Thursday & Sunday | 3:00 PM UTC/GMT ⏱️ 10 sessions | 10 hours total 🎥 Live online | All sessions recorded 🎓 CPD Accredited | Certificate of Completion Save this for the day you need it. What a pretty pretty saree! ❤️ @tazanna_bysheethalmathew When I first saw this saree, I really liked it and placed the order. Once it arrived, I loved the material and how it felt. But when I actually wore it, I loved it even more! It was like an instant mood boost. Some outfits just make you feel so happy, and this was one of them. ❤️ Loved every little bit of it, especially the border. I feel that’s what makes the saree even more beautiful. Love all your collections! ❤️ @tazanna_bysheethalmathew Mua : @zee.makeovers Drapist : @saree_drapist_harsha
