The Annual 3 Year TruFusion Anniversary birthday Shrek Ride!! I started teaching spin on my 30th birthday, and stepping into a room and watching people show up and kill it 3 years later still brings joy to my life I didn’t know I needed. Thank you @cortneyconrado for the magic you bring to a room and for training me and building me up so I can do fun things like this, and thank you @trufusion for giving me a chance to step into the ride room and create a space for people to have fun and workout! Shout out to @batcitymediatx for capturing this magical moment, you’re the man!
