‌ سفارت آمریکا در عربستان سعودی با صدور هشدار امنیتی اعلام کرد: «حوثی‌های مورد حمایت تهران در اقدامات خصمانه علیه عربستان سعودی، از جمله حمله به فرودگاه‌های غیرنظامی و دیگر زیرساخت‌های حیاتی، دست داشته‌اند که به کشته و زخمی شدن غیرنظامیان و اختلالات شدید در سفرها منجر شده است.» این سفارتخانه هشدار داد که «این اقدامات خصمانه ممکن است به سرعت به مناطقی فراتر از محدوده فعلی گسترش یابد». وزارت خارجه آمریکا از ۲۳ اکتبر ۲۰۲۶، به دلیل خطرات امنیتی، به کارکنان دولت آمریکا که وظایف اضطراری بر عهده ندارند و اعضای خانواده کارکنان دولت این کشور دستور داده است عربستان سعودی را ترک کنند. در پی حملات موشکی و پهپادی اخیر به فرودگاه‌های عربستان سعودی، کارکنان دولت آمریکا که در این کشور مشغول به کار هستند، برای استفاده از هر یک از فرودگاه‌های عربستان سعودی باید مجوز ویژه‌ای از رییس نمایندگی دیپلماتیک آمریکا دریافت کنند. سفارت آمریکا در عربستان سعودی خطاب با شهروندان آمریکایی نوشت: «اگر تصمیم دارید از فرودگاه‌های عربستان سعودی استفاده کنید، نهایت احتیاط را به خرج دهید.»
