![Status tersangka kini disandang Kepala Staf Kepresidenan (KSP) Listyo Sigit Prabowo dalam kasus dugaan penyadapan tanpa prosedur yang ditangani Kepolisian Republik Indonesia (Polri). Hal itu diumumkan Kabareskrim Polri Komjen Pol Asep Safrudin dalam konferensi pers di Mabes Polri, Jakarta, pada Selasa (3/11/2026), sebagaimana dilaporkan Kompas.com. Menurut Asep, penyidik menetapkan tiga orang sebagai tersangka, salah satunya berinisial LSP. Dua tersangka lainnya ialah Kepala Divisi Hukum (Kadivkum) Polri Irjen Ahrie Sonta Nasution dan Irjen Pol Eko Hadi Santoso.
Ketiganya diduga menyadap sejumlah pihak tanpa mengikuti prosedur yang berlaku, termasuk Presiden RI. “Terhadap para tersangka tersebut diduga melakukan penyadapan tanpa prosedural terhadap Presiden RI, pejabat negara tokoh politik, media, tokoh ormas, LSM,” ucap Asep. Selain kepala negara, pihak lain yang diduga menjadi sasaran meliputi pejabat negara, tokoh politik, media, tokoh organisasi kemasyarakatan, hingga lembaga swadaya masyarakat. Hingga kini, status ketiganya masih sebagai tersangka, dan dalam laporan tersebut belum ada tanggapan dari pihak para tersangka.
