As some may know, at the end of 2025, December 28th, I had my first injury that would require surgery. I tore my meniscus in my right knee, and it had displaced, locking my knee at 90°. I had surgery in Turks and Caicos Island (my home), January 3rd , and spent the first few months of 2026 recovering. But I was able to return.

Fast forward to l July 18th 2026, I’m back to hard rounds, getting back to competition shape. And it happens again, but to my other leg this time. My left knee, locked at 90°(same injury). Once I heard the pop, I knew what had happened. This time I had surgery in Florida, July 31st.

I will have to spend the next few months healing, re-relearning how to walk again and getting stronger so I can make sure this doesn’t happen again.

Since this is the 2nd time I am going through this and I know I am capable of coming back from this, I will be documenting the recovery process.
