Cody Clinton and The April Fools

I’ve always wanted to do the music for a film, and thanks to @okcatesmithmccommas and @smccommas, I finally got the chance! 🎬🎶

Wisdom Wellness is a really heartwarming documentary centered around Elders from several Native American Tribes, and working on the music was an absolute blast.

I collaborated with @photographsfortheinternet on composing and arranging the score, and we were also able to use a piece written by my insanely talented cousin @lgperry3 — who is really more like a brother to me. ❤️

The film was put together by @burningcedartulsa and premieres this Saturday at @circlecinema — and we’re at 100!!! 🙌 The original theater is officially full, and I hear they may have to move the screening to a bigger one!

The premiere is centered around Indigenous community, with non-Indigenous spouses, partners, parents, caregivers, and immediate family members welcome to attend alongside their Indigenous relatives. ❤️

I’m especially excited for Okcate, Steven, and Nico, who have really made something special happen. Can’t wait for people to see it! 🎥
