One of the most heartfelt moments of our Awards Ceremony came when Anzhané Lance took the stage to introduce someone who has played a meaningful role in her own journey: her mentor and our keynote speaker, Tenesia McGruder, FSA.
What followed was more than an introduction. It was a beautiful testament to the power of mentorship, representation, and paying it forward—a reminder that the people who pour into us can profoundly shape the leaders we ultimately become.
Mentor. Mentee. One stage. One unforgettable full-circle moment. ✨
This is what the IABA community is all about.
