The big question: Should the fight have been stood up in round 2? And did it cost Moicano the fight?
How could anyone vote for this man?
You can’t hate your body into loving it. 🧡Comment “BeWell” below and we’ll DM you the link to the episode! Because true confidence starts from within, not from our appearance. @kelseywells ,one of the most influential figures in fitness, talks to @chrismpo about what you don’t see on Instagram: self-acceptance, motherhood, personal struggles, and the courage to take the next step, even when you’re afraid. A conversation reminding us that we don’t need to become anything more to be worthy. On Tuesdays, WE TALK.
On Tuesdays, WE TALK. 🎙️ #bewellpodcast #season3
A nation cannot heal from wounds it refuses to examine. 🌎❤️ We cannot change our history, but we can choose how we move forward. I believe true healing begins with honesty, accountability and the courage to face uncomfortable truths. Justice is not about dividing people. It's about building a future where everyone is treated with dignity. We cannot move forward together while ignoring those left behind. What will it take for America to truly heal? Join Us. I didn’t lose a single pound for 6 months… Some weeks I’d lose 0.5lb… only to gain 2lbs the next week. And this was while: I was eating 120+ g of protein every single day. I was regularly going to gym 4-5 times a week. And consistently walking 10k+ steps every single day. So I thought… it must be sugar. That and carbs are bad for weight loss. Right? Or maybe it was my sleep. Most nights, I could not sleep enough. And the little sleep I was getting was disrupted due to being stressed. Or maybe it was my hormones. I was hearing lots of women struggle with thyroid and PCOS. But when I looked into it more, as long as you were in a deficit, eating carbs was ok. Bad sleep would make it harder to lose weight but not impossible like what I was feeling. And all my medical tests came back normal. I was healthy. And I was actually doing everything I was supposed to be doing. Turns out I was doing almost everything right. Just missing one thing. And once I figured it out, the last 20 lbs finally started coming off. Comment “WIN” and I’ll send you exactly what I did to finally lose my stubborn 20 lbs of fat in 3 months without giving up my favourite treats 🤝✨
