The visit comes as construction reaches a major milestone, with the final piece of steel placed for the new ballroom. Interior Secretary Doug Burgum tells workers they are “making history,” praising the project as a lasting addition to the White House that could stand for generations. The unscheduled visit marks Trump’s first public appearance since Tuesday’s midterm elections, which delivered major Democratic victories. Download the Fox News app or visit FoxNews.com for more on the ballroom project and Trump’s visit.

Happy #BFF birthday from the sky✈️🇯🇵❤️ Kažu da s godinama treba usporiti. A ja? Sretnija, slobodnija, zahvalnija i bezobrazno zaljubljena u život. ZAUVIJEK! 42. A ja? Ja #OpetNajljepša ♏️ Tarik nedostajes i na 10.00 i zauvijek❤️ #DušmaniŠicŠic
