Lincoln County NC

If walls could talk...

In working on the Historic Courthouse project, many people have shared in passing their connection with our majestic Courthouse, working in the Clerk's office, courtroom stories, and even some mysterious figures appearing. 😶‍🌫️
We are gathering these wonderful tales from the community to archive and hopefully share them in the future. Please share any memories, stories, events, people, traditions, or moments connected to the Lincoln County Historic Courthouse. Stories can be funny, emotional, historic, personal or mysterious.
Visit our website and check out the Historic Courthouse page to submit your story!
