It happened during current-guy’s previous administration as well, during Covid. December 2020, same thing! And, not only are jobs numbers worse for women, but they’ve also cut the amount of loans one can receive in a variety of grad programs, almost all of which are jobs traditionally held by women: physical therapy, education, nursing, social work. Many, who need ongoing graduate coursework to remain certified can now only receive $25k in loans. That’s nothing. It’s infuriating.

Thanks for sharing this news. Project 2025 wants women home, not working or being independent. Looks like their policies are working….

My first thought was Hegseth blocking the promotion of women and if a subtle agenda from the Trump administration has trickled down. But 100%?!
