Just some of the dishes we remembered to photograph across the just finished truffle season thanks to @fishrivertruffles
and Carmine as the truffiere.

Butter is made and in the freezer, Arborio rice is truffle infused and waiting, Dark Maltesers have been infused and eaten and lots of eggs, truffled potato dauphinois, truffled mash and much more.
