When you teach, you always end up learning too.
Recently conducted a two-day workshop on Presentation Skills, and instead of sticking to a rigid formula, I kept it fluid, interactive and personal. We worked on polishing each team member’s presentation style by focusing on their individual personality, strengths and natural way of communicating.
Because the best presentations don’t come from everyone presenting the same way. They come from finding your way to connect, communicate and hold a room.
And somewhere along the way, while helping them become better presenters, I picked up a few lessons of my own.
