House things ๐Ÿ˜ We are at a 3-4 week countdown with our Gold Coast home renovation and itโ€™s sooooo exciting!! Please direct all your questions about stone, tiles, joinery, paint colours and wood selections to @honghenwood HAHAHAHAAAA ๐Ÿคฃ No... donโ€™t do that. I can literally hear her overstimulated voice โ€œKAYLA DO NOT, I canโ€™t do social media right now Iโ€™m so BUSYYYYโ€ all the way from Noosa ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ No I PROMISE Iโ€™ll make a list of everything for you guys. Let me know what you want the details of and Iโ€™ll create a FAQ because I know so many people love pulling small things here and there for inspiration. We actually used the things that we love from both our previous Adelaide houses and then a brand new stone which is VERY out thereโ€ฆ but we love it ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ Interior designer: @honghenwood Builder: @dbbuild (we used the same builders that built the ORIGINAL house that was here) Right now the walls all look green because of the green protectant on the flooring, so ignore that. Other than that, these are the little things I love. More to come :) Iโ€™ll come back with that list !!
Today is the last day to see my bronzes in Paris. They have been there two weeks. So fast like the blink of an eye. For me it was unreal, like a dream . I remember when I started making tiny little bronzes. Twisting little lumps of clay with my hands. I made a little mother figure , with her two children praying over her, my Mum , me and my twin brother. Set up in a tiny world. I made another version but itโ€™s me lying there dead and my cats stand over me , praying , helping me into the next world. I wake up in the morning and they are here, on my bed next to me, staring at me. Looking after me, their little furry faces full of love. Every new day is the next world .
happy halloween
