Still here. Still in shape. It's been a long year but when you focus on the process, dwell less on the misses and hone in on the next "make", it all comes into focus. Enjoying my time while I have it and will make the most of the opportunities I've been afforded while I still can! #bodybuilding #fitness #classicphysique #ifbbpro #ifbb
Rapper Pusha T has no problem with rappers going at each other on records, but he believes there’s a line that should never be crossed when competition turns personal. During a new interview with The Wall Street Journal, published November 2, the Virginia rapper shared his thoughts on the state of rap beefs in 2026, making it clear that disagreements are part of hip-hop. “I don’t see a world in which artists are just going to get along at all times. This is a very competitive sport,” Pusha says. However, the Clipse member believes artists need to recognize when a rivalry has gone beyond music. “I’m sure that things have gotten out of hand, but they never need to go that far. As long as it’s music, it’s fine. Anything outside of that realm, it’s overboard.” His comments carry weight considering his own history with rap beefs. Pusha famously clashed with Drake for years, with their rivalry reaching a boiling point in 2018 when he released “The Story of Adidon.” The diss track exposed Drake’s previously unacknowledged son and became one of hip-hop’s most talked-about records. The rapper has also exchanged lyrical shots with other artists throughout his career, building a reputation for not backing down from confrontation. His latest comments come as rap rivalries continue to generate headlines, online arguments, and conversations about how far artists should take their disagreements. For Pusha, competition isn’t the problem. It’s what happens when the battle leaves the booth. Do you think two beefs get out of hand?
My 30s gave me so much of what I used to dream about 🥹🩷 I became a mama to my three beautiful girls. Dhar and I built businesses, made a house our home, and created a family that means more to me than anything. I got to give my parents a home, which will always be one of my proudest moments. So many “one day” dreams became real life in this decade. Dhar, I don’t think either of us could have imagined all of this when we first met. What a life we’ve grown together. Thank you for dreaming big with me and for the three little loves who made it all mean so much more. 🤍 My 30s taught me that you can have so much to be thankful for and still have so much to figure out. That time goes fast, the little moments are actually the big ones, and the people you get to share it all with are everything. So this is 40. A grateful heart, a little more wisdom, and still so many dreams. Thank you God for bringing me here. 🥂✨ And yes, I’ll still be doing the most in my 40’s😜💕
Better than any gift that can be wrapped. Family, friends, dancing, and the most majestic place all together. Thank you to @academieprincessegrace and @luca_masala_professional for welcoming Sylvie Win to the classes, rehearsals, magic places, lessons, and family that is APG. She treasured every minute, which was made so much sweeter by having her sister @ellaryday_szyndlar there. We loved seeing and experiencing parts of Ellary Day’s new life as a full time Academie student in Monaco. Sylvie Win was honored to take classes amongst such talented and focused dancers. It was so touching to see her embraced warmly; thank you to all the C4s and every student and faculty member. Thank you for all the corrections, opportunities to grow, and friendships. They even included her into their group Halloween costume and fun. Thank you especially to @athenahudance ! Thank you to her ballet big brother @nineczekk for always being so positive and wonderful. Thank you to Ellary Day for being the best big sister. Toi, toi, toi to the APG dancers performing. You are all such phenomenal dancers. It’s a gift to watch you. We know you will all do so well. Thank you to @yagp and Miss Larissa for seeing such potential in Sylvie Win and helping facilitate opportunities around the world to grow. One only can truly grow by being challenged and trying new methods/ways/skills. Thank you to @nikolayworld @grishkoworld for all the support, leotards, warm up gear, and dance shoes. #ballet #ballerina #europe #yagp #theater
